What type of Pictures can I upload for Photo Magnets?

You can upload any of your favorite pictures for a custom photo magnet; ensure they are high-resolution images/pictures and crop within the uploader the way you'll like your photos to look on your fridge. 

How long does shipping take?

We try to ship out orders within 1-2 business days, we send all packages mostly via Canada Post (USPS) or fastest and most available shipping options. Packages reach their final destination within a week for Canadian and US customers. It may take longer during the holiday season.

Bulk Orders?
For bulk orders, depending on the quantity, we ship within a week of ordering on the website. We don't offer free shipping on business magnets.

Can changes be made to orders after completing checkout?

Once orders are completed it’s considered final. However, you may contact us to request a change, and we may allow and process such request at our discretion. Please note that we cannot guarantee that your request will be processed.

 How can I track my order?

You will receive an email containing your tracking number. If you don’t receive your shipping confirmation email, please use our contact us form.

 DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

We currently ship only within Canada and the United States, we’ll be adding other international destinations soon to our shipping and delivery routes.

 Refund and Return policy?

Refunds are not available for the products since they are custom-made, however, we’ll try our best to resolve any issues you may have.

Returns are also not accepted since the products are custom-made. we will do our best to fix any issues.

What can I do if my package is damaged or lost.

Kindly reach out to us through the contact us, Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to distance or other factors with the courier. Please check the estimated time of arrival on the tracking number provided.

Do you offer local order pick-up?

We do not offer local pick-up at the moment.
